We must also use IT resources professionally.<\/p>\n<p>The use of the assets and resources made available to us must be in accordance with the purposes for which they are intended and comply with the policies and directives issued with regard to their use. You are required to comply with applicable anti-corruption laws. You are prohibited from tolerating, authorizing or participating in embezzlement, extortion or corruption of any kind. This principle is applicable regardless of where you engage with government officials or individuals in the private sector.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; You are prohibited from offering bribes, kickbacks, or other payments intended to corrupt or influence the conduct of the clients<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0 Avoid even seemingly, the unethical practices involving current or possible relationships with the client<\/p>\n<p>Any form of collusion with a client or supplier is prohibited.
