I. Respect of EHSS practice
1) Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and applicable risk prevention policies and in the protection of people’s health and of hygiene.
2) Respect the environment and sustainability
3) Respect the culture, politics opinion and religion of Takamul employees, visitors, partners and customers
4) Protect the personnel information, privacy and medical information
5) Social responsibility engagement
II. Respect the ethics exigency
1) Use Company assets and resources responsibly and fairly, in the best interests of company:
We must take care to preserve the property and assets of the Company in our responsibility or under our control. We must also use IT resources professionally.
The use of the assets and resources made available to us must be in accordance with the purposes for which they are intended and comply with the policies and directives issued with regard to their use. Any other use for personal or non-company purposes should be brought to the attention of our line supervisor, manager or the president of Compliance committee.
2) Avoid the conflicts of interest:
We must avoid any situation that could represent, even on the surface, a conflict of interest.
A conflict of interest is any situation where our personal interests or those of a related person have or could be perceived as having an influence on our professional judgment, our objectivity, our independence or our loyalty in relation to the interests of the company.
3) Act within the anticorruption policy:
Corruption is illegal anywhere. You are required to comply with applicable anti-corruption laws. You are prohibited from tolerating, authorizing or participating in embezzlement, extortion or corruption of any kind. This principle is applicable regardless of where you engage with government officials or individuals in the private sector.
– You are prohibited from offering bribes, kickbacks, or other payments intended to corrupt or influence the conduct of the clients
– Avoid even seemingly, the unethical practices involving current or possible relationships with the client
Any form of collusion with a client or supplier is prohibited. Employees who fail to comply with these principles are subject to criminal sanctions or any other sanction provided by applicable laws, in addition to disciplinary measures.
4) Keep accurate accounting records and bustiness documentations:
Accurate record keeping must be ensured in all business transactions, maintain these records in accordance with applicable accounting practices. We must also ensure the processing of data in a safe, confidential and secure manner.
– Create, maintain and, if requested to do so, present accurate accounting records of all matters relating to business
– Protect confidential company documentation and secure it from misuse, theft, fraud, or improper disclosure by taking appropriate steps
5) Protect the confidential information:
Refrain from disclosing orally, in writing or electronically any information which is confidential, without express authorisation. Employees must take all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of information in their possession as a result of their work activities.
Any confidential information concerning the company partners is to be treated with the same diligence employed by company for the protection of its own confidential information
